Voronoi

These paintings begin with Voronoi diagrams—mathematical models designed to predict everything from market behavior to military movements. Instead of using them to forecast outcomes, I treat these precise, data-driven structures as loose compositional frameworks. Each segmented region becomes a space for intuitive choices of color and pattern, inviting a playful back-and-forth between logic and instinct. In this way, what began as a tool for calculation turns into a meditation on presence, emotion, and the unexpected paths that open up when we let go of prediction.
