I’m fascinated  by the concept of the Nöösphere—the idea that Earth is made up of three interacting spheres: the Geosphere, the Biosphere, and a sphere of collective thought and consciousness, the Nöösphere. Coined by a 19th-century geophysicist who theorized Earth was a living, self-regulating organism, this view of thought and consciousness as shaping an interconnected world underlies the inspiration for these these paintings.
